RETURN POLICY

At GSUSTAINED, we understand the implications of buying clothes or other products online. You can’t try them on and/or “life happens” and things may not be what you expected, or simply arrive in an accidentally defective manner. For those reasons and because we also buy “stuff” online ourselves, any GSUSTAINED product that does not fit or meet your expectations can be returned or exchanged within 60 days of original purchase date. Please note, purchased items are determined Un-returnable if worn and washed, tags have been removed, or have sustained damage by the customer.

CLOTHING RETURNS

GSUSTAINED would be happy to refund or exchange any clothing item that does not fit or did not meet your expectations. Please return the item in re-sellable, unwashed condition along with the original packaging and tags.

MUSIC RETURNS

GSUSTAINED will be happy to refund or exchange any CD that is unopened in its original package. If the CD is defective, please return it along with the original casing.

DEFECTIVE PRODUCT(S):

GSUSTAINED will make every effort to exchange or credit for defective items quickly. If you think your merchandise is defective, please return it along with a completed Return Form explaining the defect. Please include a comment on the return form with the amount that it cost you to ship the defective item back. GSUSTAINED will reimburse shipping charges (up to $10.00) in the form of a Store Credit on any item found to be defective.

Be sure to return the item(s) you wish to return or exchange to the return GSUSTAINED address (below). Include a copy of your receipt, and a completed Return Form (Below). This information will allow us to contact you, if necessary regarding the return. Your returned item(s) may be exchanged for an exchange, refund, or credit towards another GSUSTAINED purchase.
